HEALTHY BACK SCHOOL
Back pain is the most common health problem among the population. We implement educational and practical programs designed to improve posture, relieve recurring discomfort and promote healthy habits for a strong and flexible spine. Through interactive workshops and adapted exercises, participants learn to take care of their backs in everyday life, reducing the incidence of chronic pain and improving their quality of life. It is an investment in public health that empowers citizens with knowledge and tools to manage their own postural well -being autonomously and effectively.
Key objectives
- Achieve body balance, strengthening weak muscles and lengthening shortened muscles, to increase control, strength, flexibility and good joint movement of the trunk.
